TOWN PUMP
With more than 200 gas station/convenience store, casino, hotel, and car wash properties across the state of Montana, Town Pump, Inc. strives to provide excellence in customer service and hospitality. What began as a small full-service gas station in Butte, Montana in 1953, has now established itself as one of Montana’s respected industry leaders. More than 45 Town Pump locations across the state of Montana, including Corporate Headquarters in Butte, house Electro Controls’ temperature controls.
Electro Controls has integrated over 300 controllers with nearly 12,000 data points across all locations. Of those controllers, Electro has installed and integrated 240 Delta controllers. Electro has also integrated 63 JCI Verasys RTU units, 7 Captive Air kitchen hood make-up air units and exhaust fans, and numerous life safety CO2 monitoring systems for areas with large CO2 tanks for carbonization or drinks.
STOCKMAN BANK
Stockman Bank is recognized as Montana’s largest Agricultural bank and one of the state’s largest commercial and real estate lenders. Of the 36 Stockman Bank locations statewide, Electro Controls has controls installed in five locations including the Certified LEED v4 Platinum Downtown Missoula branch.
The Downtown Missoula branch is Electro’s largest Stockman Bank project to date. Electro Controls installed nearly 200 Delta controllers throughout the building. Electro controls the snowmelt system for the sidewalks surrounding the building and the parking garage ramps, the chilled beams in the basement and all six floors, the exhaust in the parking garage, and the hot water and chilled water systems. All of these systems, along with the chiller, power meter, and the solar arrays, were integrated to the Tridium front end. The front end provides facilities with a graphical user interface which can be used for alarm management and to troubleshoot the system using graphics and trend logs.
Between the Whitefish, Helena, Billings, and Sidney branches, Electro has installed nearly 100 Delta controllers which control hot water systems, AHUs, VAVs, VFDs, boilers, heat exchangers, heat pumps, snow melt systems, etc. Each site has a front end that the systems have been integrated to, providing users a graphical user interface.
OPPORTUNITY BANK
With a century-long commitment to its customers, Opportunity Bank has become a leading Farm Services Agency and residential mortgage lender in Montana. Of the 32 full-service Opportunity Bank locations, Electro Controls has controls installed in seven branches.
Electro’s first Opportunity Bank project kicked off in 2013. This project consisted of upgrading Staefa controllers to Delta BACnet controllers, installing new VFDs, and integrating the controls to a web-based graphical user interface at the Helena Prospect location. Electro also controls the hot water system, chilled water system, AHUs, VAVs, and snowmelt system at this branch.
Between the seven branches, Electro Controls has installed more than 200 Delta controllers. Electro controls the hot water system, snowmelt, AHU and VAV systems at the Billings Heights, Shiloh, N 27th branches, as well as the Bozeman Oak branch, and the Helena Administration Building. Electro controls the hot water system and fan coil units at the Helena Neill branch. Each of these systems is integrated to a Tridium front end, providing facilities staff with a graphical user interface.
